About
Hello! I am an illustrator based in Mortlake, London. I graduated from Camberwell College of Arts with an MA in Illustration in 2018.
My personal work explores themes such as death, the human condition and planes of existence. I am interested in exploring the space between the seen and the unseen, and I am always open to being guided in unexpected directions with my work.
I am unwaveringly enthralled by the human face and I love experimenting with portraiture and the subtleties of expression. I work mainly in pencil and ink, combining fine detail with looser, more expressive strokes, working by hand and sometimes finishing with digital techniques.
I have a life-long and fervent love of books of all kinds and I am fascinated by Victorian history, the Gothic and the inner anatomical workings of people and beasts.
